Manu was born in the Western Region of Hockenheim, Germany. Early in her life, Manu came to realize that her homeland would not provide the opportunities she had dreamed of, so in order to prepare for her future, she relocated to America. In 1988, Manu met her husband, John, and together they started Ruggeri Construction Inc. covering all of Northeast Florida.    Partners, Manu and John, offer a wealth of knowledge within the building industry, land development, and the complexities of Real Estate transactions.  Manu’s vast experience is a welcomed addition to Coldwell Banker Premier Properties and she takes pride in offering excellent customer service and satisfaction, even speaking German if necessary.
