Karen Palmer joins the CBPP family with a wealth of experience in real estate sales and brokerage management. Her focus will be on expanding the company's market share in the growing Northwest quadrant of St. Johns County, specifically including the neighborhoods surrounding the communities of the World Golf Village, Palencia, and Nocatee. Her stellar reputation in the industry coupled with her top notch coaching and management abilities are sure to attract the area's top real estate professionals to Coldwell Banker Premier Properties, the countie's largest nationally affiliated real estate company. Armed with techniques from real estate training guru Brian Buffini, Karen has her own unique style that translates to success wherever she goes.

Palmer has worked in real estate for more than 35 years, the last 10 of which have been in the St. Augustine area. Prior to joining CBPP, she served as General Sales Manager for Homes by Deltona and as vice president of residential sales at Davidson Realty, Inc. in St. Augustine. She has also worked for The Legends of Saint Johns in St. Augustine, Prudential Network Realty’s St. Augustine office and Sotheby’s Oxford Realty in Winter Park.
