Originally from Long Island NY, Janice is a graduate of Hofstra University where she studied International Business.  She began her real estate career in the Hamptons and after enduring many long, hard winters in the Northeast, she gladly relocated to St. Augustine 18 years ago to enjoy the warm tropical temperatures.
